CONTAMINATED and KUTABARE join forces for a split 7" so offensively Aussie it should come wrapped in a hi-vis vest and handed to you by a bloke named Gazza who definitely isn’t legally allowed near fireworks anymore.

This thing hits harder than a kangaroo that’s had one too many Bundy & Cokes.

CONTAMINATED starts the record by blasting off like someone tried to microwave a can of VB. Their brand of deathgrind comes out swinging barrelling in like a feral emu loose in a Bunnings carpark, kicking the last few teeth you’ve got left. It’s fast, filthy, and absolutely foaming at the mouth. If this track had a face, it’d have a mullet and a court date.

Then KUTABARE steps up, stumbling into the scene like your drunk uncle at Christmas who thinks he’s “still got it.” Except instead of throwing hands, they’re musically stabbing anything that twitches, the sonic equivalent of a knife fight behind a servo at 3am. Every note sounds like it was recorded inside a wheelie bin being rolled down a hill.

Together, these two sides form a split so ugly, so catastrophically Aussie, it should come bundled with a half-smoked dart and a warning from the Bureau of Meteorology. Put it on your turntable and watch your entire house instantly drop its R-value and gain a Southern Cross tattoo.
