Originally released in 2005 through EARACHE's sublabel ELITIST, this album was pulled from shelves just a few months after its release. Plagued by numerous issues stemming from Earache's meddling with the artwork and perhaps its inability to properly market such brilliantly bizarre music, the band disbanded shortly afterward.

Recognizing this injustice, CYLINDRICAL HABITAT MODULES reissued the album on vinyl for the first time, featuring the originally intended artwork as well as the original Czech album and song titles.

If delirium tremens and schizophrenia made an album, it would be "Řád a trest."
